Big Win For Wavinya Ndeti
Ham Lagat, Advocate for Wavinya Ndeti and commissioner of oaths today testified before Justice Aggrey Muchelule after the Judge had directed last week that both Wavinya and Mutua should present their "Ham Lagats." Accompanied with the following details of their alleged "Ham Lagat" in a petition filed by Hon Wavinya Ndeti by today Monday 11th December.

-LSK ID Card.
-A letter from Chief Justice appointing them as Commissioner of Oaths.
-Certificate of registration of their Law firm.
- Letter of practice. Alfred Mutua failed to present his alleged "Ham Lagat" but however said that they have searched for him in Nakuru and Eldoret in vain.
Alfred Mutua sought for further submission of evidence from "Ham Lagat" but was not granted, because he had enough time to file all the evidence he had. The judge has directed that he will make his ruling on "Ham Lagats" matter on the final ruling day.
Drama erupted inside the Machakos High Court today when someone allegedly brandished his pistol inside the court room. Wavinya Ndeti has recorded a statement at Machakos Police station stating that his son was the target of the I'll motive.
Case will go on on Wednesday 13th 2017.
