WHY MACHAKOS Universal Health Coverage - a program of the National Government funded by WorldBank might terribly fail before its inception.   1. In a PDF document circulated on MCcP colours elaborating on M-UHC, on point 6, Alfred Mutua declares that he will also start a Mutua Care Health program that will run concurrently with Universal Health Coverage program that is funded by the World bank. 2. The PDF document does not inform how the County Government of Machakos is prepared to support the program.
